6. To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it are no longer valid, even if it has been processed by the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant laws, and to notify third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred of these deletions.

7. To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automatic systems.

8. To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

ABOUT YOUR APPLICATIONS

As per Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the right to submit requests to the Data Controller, using the contact information provided in the “DATA RESPONSIBLE” section of our Information Text, in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles. You can submit your application in the following ways:

– Personally or through a notary, if your application is in writing.

– With a Secure Electronic Signature.

– With a Mobile Signature.

– Using your registered email address in our system.
